The Associate Pastor of Discipleship and Missions is a full-time ministerial staff role whose goal is to lead people from attending church to becoming fully engaged disciples of Jesus by building healthy small groups, creating clear next steps for engagement, and mobilizing our church to serve our community and the world with the Gospel. Success happens when more people are connecting, growing, and going.
