Worship Leader
Description
Lead and prepare the worship team for contemporary/blended, band-driven worship services. The Worship Leader should demonstrate strong vocal ability and proficiency in keyboard and/or guitar. Responsibilities include rehearsing with the worship team on Wednesdays, coordinating with the pastor to plan services, leading worship on Sundays. The Worship Leader is expected to demonstrate a growing relationship with Jesus Christ through lifestyle and spiritual discipline, pursue excellence in all responsibilities, maintain a teachable and accountable spirit, and foster unity, encouragement, and support within the worship team.
