The Worship Pastor will lead and serve the campus of Cross Community Church at Lake Asbury by overseeing and producing worship services based on the theme and overall direction communicated by the Campus Pastor. The Worship Pastor will be responsible for the leading, recruiting, and caring for the spiritual development of all worship leaders involved at the Lake Asbury campus.
